Golf Tournament
This year’s tournament is set
for June 16th. The annual Ramsbottom-Barlow Golf Tournament has attracted dozens of foursomes who, each spring for the past 26 years, have hit the links at Pawtucket Country Club. The event's registration fees cover: breakfast for morning golfers; lunch and dinner; greens' fees; golf carts; on-course refreshments; and prizes and favors.

Many sponsorship opportunities are available to area businesses. Supporters can make donations ranging from $125 to $5,000 to reserve logo placements, tee-signs, banners, and inclusion in tournament print materials.

Last year's tournament netted $51,000, earmarked to support Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket's educational and recreational programs for the city's youth.

Major tournament sponsors included Crown Collision Centers, Almighty Cleaning, Inc., Stop & Shop, Credit Union Central Falls, R.I. Greyhound Association, Hayes & Sherry, Sovereign Bank, Shove Insurance/Insurance Specialists, Doheny & Pelletier, and Lexus/Inskip. More than 100 other area companies sponsored tee signs.

In honor of trustee Ned Barlow, who has supported the Club with his wisdom and generosity for decades, the tournament was renamed in 2007.
