Volunteerism
2008 Volunteer of the Year,
Jack Smith (also a Club alum),
assists a young Club member
with homework. The Club is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on the commitment of supporters throughout the community. In addition to financial donations, we greatly appreciate those people who are equally as willing to donate their time. Volunteering at the Club is a rewarding commitment because you'll get to help kids who not only need assistance, but who appreciate receiving it. We need volunteers who can work with us and our kids on a regular basis or who can participate in an occasional event. Areas of volunteer need include:


• Committees
• Special events
• Mailings
• Team coaches
• Mentors
• Homework tutors
• Visiting artists
