Men's and Women's locker rooms with showers are adjacent to the pool. Also, the swimming pool is available for Birthday Party rentals at specific times on Saturdays. Swim Lessons Youth Swim Swim Team Adult Swim Swim LessonsIn conjunction with guidelines set forth by the American Red Cross, our Learn to Swim program introduces youth from three years of age and beyond to the water. We teach beginners fundamental skills and stroke development. Advanced level swimmers move on to stroke improvement, stroke refinement and fitness swimming.Youth SwimIn addition to beginner's classes, the Club has open swimming for youth as well as pool basketball, volleyball and snorkeling lessons. Innovative Flick 'n' Float shows a teen movie on the natatorium wall while swimmers float on noodles.Swim Team
The Sharks, as our swim team is named, welcome swimmers from 6 to 18 years of age. The Sharks compete in the Rhode Island/Massachusetts Aquatic (RIMA) League. The swimmers practice in the evenings and compete in RIMA League meets from November until March plus the RIMA championships. Beginners are welcome as well as volunteers and interested parents. The Club collaborates by hosting the Special Olympics Swim Team. |
